NACD encourages all to search high and low for the next top-selling item! This year our meeting takes place in a historic city, known for its amazing culture, great music and natural ability to have a good time. This year we challenge you to draw inspiration from the city and “think New Orleans!” If you are in search of fun and interesting ideas or recommendations for your items, tune in to this page for weekly suggestions!

This year, in an effort to provide our buyer’s with more information and emphasize the special qualities of this year’s auction items, we plan to include a detailed auction catalogue in our onsite meeting registration packets. The catalogue will be complete with your detailed descriptions and pictures. If you would like your item included in the catalog, we ask that you provide us with a description by December 1, 2008.  Important information to include in your item description would be any special shipping instructions, certificates of authenticity, additional contact information, etc.

Donation Instructions

In order to donate an item to the 2009 NACD Legislative Auction, you must fill out and submit a donation pledge form, complete with item description and photo. Please note that in order for items to be advertised in the auction catalogue, donation forms must be submitted by December 1, 2008. All donations are tax deductible.

Shipping Instructions

Guests of the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel can ship their auction items to the address below. Please be sure to address the package to your own attention and mark on the box "hold for hotel guest" and note your arrival date. Shipments should be scheduled to arrive the week before the conference, between January 26-30, 2009.
